Congress registration fees include: admission to all congress sessions, abstract volume, congress program, attendance at the welcome party on September 9, 2026, snack and coffee breaks according to the scheduled program, lunch (September 9, 10, and 11, 2026), and social events (to be specified). No travel or health insurance is included.
Registration fees must be paid in EUR or RON (for Romanian participants) by bank transfer. The payer must pay the appropriate transfer and bank charges, in addition to the registration fees. Please ensure that the Congress’s acronym (CBGA2026) and the participant’s name are indicated in the payment order.

Student registrations require either a copy of student card or a scan of confirmation of student status from corresponding academic institution that must be submitted together with the abstract(s). Students can apply for grants covering registration fee and/or accommodation by submitting CBGA2026_Form C_Grant Application (to cbga2026@gmail.com) not later than 1 June 2026.
Conditions and cancellation policy
Registration must be accompanied by payment (early bird or standard). Otherwise, it will not be processed and standard registration rates will be applied in the case of early bird registration.
Registration fees will be refunded only if the notice of cancellation is received before July 31, 2026. The cancellation fee is € 40.
Cancellations after July 31, 2026 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
